We left that day to look at other cars but we returned to get the car at Atlantic because of the many positive interactions with had with Diego and staff at Atlantic. After looking at other dealerships with used cars that were clearly not in the best condition compared to Atlantic mint conditions of their cars I was delighted to purchase my vehicle from them Diego was a pleasure to deal with during this process and I clearly would go back there again. More

2012 Insight Service I brought my 2012 Insight in for a service light and it turns out that a defective spark plug caused damage to the motor. Before I bought the car my s I brought my 2012 Insight in for a service light and it turns out that a defective spark plug caused damage to the motor. Before I bought the car my salesman (Anthony Cucinella) expressed the benefits of buying a certified Honda instead of a non-certified. It turns out that the motor had to be replaced and I was worried about out of pocket costs and how long I would be without a car. Not having any loaner cars available, Liz Murphy knowing my concerns made sure I was able to get a loaner car for as long as I needed until the motor issue was rectified. Nick Squeo kept me posted every step of the way and I was happy to receive a call from Nick letting me know that Honda was putting a new motor into my car without any out of pocket costs. Now my car is running better than ever thanks to the Atlantic Honda Team. I want to thank Anthony for advising me on a smart purchase, Liz for going the extra mile to make sure that I had a loaner vehicle, Nick for his knowledge and excellent communication and the unknown technician who did an excellent job.
