Tow Hitch Installation Very accommodating, provided loaner as installation took hours. I took my car in for it’s first check up! It has less than 700 miles and I’ve had it since 2/13/20. I asked them to set the “bells and whistles” that came with the car. They didn’t. Ray Gierke just the most amazing God inspiring experience I broke down in the front of the Nissan dealer last night nice gentleman from the dealership Ray Gierke help push my car out of the US-19 and then ga I broke down in the front of the Nissan dealer last night nice gentleman from the dealership Ray Gierke help push my car out of the US-19 and then gave me his card and said that he would take care of me. they were closing in 20 minutes so he didn't care and three people as they drove out made sure that I was okay asked me if I needed anything before they left and then Sean came out and said that I was welcome to stay there as long as I had to they didn't care it they were just so helpful.Made appt w Ray Gierke but I was so touched he wasn't pushy wasn't just a sale, I took day off work went back next day! Greeted by Linda. It was just such an amazing experience the Maas family is just truly amazing they took care of me everybody had a smile on their face everybody was just so helpful and so kind and just so understanding and just like eased every tension that I had. Took all day for me to pick choose so many options not just 1 or 2 like other dealerships. They truly care listen to their client. Understand your budget! Just the most God Given experience . I was truly moved. Heart warm n fuzzy n truly blessed!!! Thank you Ray n Maas family for creating unique experience!!! More

I came there to buy a car to try to lower my car payment and that was not accomplish not only was ending up with a higher payment you guys couldn’t even get me financed for my car and I ended up having to b and that was not accomplish not only was ending up with a higher payment you guys couldn’t even get me financed for my car and I ended up having to bring it back after five days. This is the second time this has occurred with your dealer I will never ever ever do business with Mossy Nissan ever again. Any other place that I have gone I have had my payment my due date the bank the interest rate my credit score Before I was even handed my keys or my tag was put on my car. It would be one thing if this happened the first time but this is the second time you guys have done something like this. I will make sure from now on I only deal with Ocean Honda where I bought my car to begin with. Are used to praise you guys up and down are used to tell everybody how good you are and this experience totally change my mind I will never send anybody to you either after what has occurred. If you can’t get somebody financed you should let them know right there instead of letting them take possession of a car that they’re not gonna be able to get into. You Need to change the way that your organization does their financing. I feel bad for my sales guy that had this happen twice in one day I wish I could’ve done something to help him out. I know if you had done this to me twice in one day I would’ve walked out and you never hear from me again. You can’t do stuff like this to your customers know your employees More

Just leased my new 2019 Nissan Sentra from Maus in New Port Richey. The staff that helped me Sean, Chad, Jason, Carrie, Kevin, Paul, and Alanna did an outstanding job with the entire process.
