I HAVE GONE THRU ALL THE TESTING AND TRAINING WITH TOYOTA AND HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH. MY FIRST FEW YEARS WITH THE DEALERSHIP I WROTE SERVICE FOR HONDA WHICH I ALSO ENJOYED BUT I AM HAPPY TO BE WITH AND STAYED WITH TOYOTA.

Pleased After a disappointing series of visits to resolve a suspension issue created from a previous strut replacement, I shared my frustrations and was conta After a disappointing series of visits to resolve a suspension issue created from a previous strut replacement, I shared my frustrations and was contacted personally by Paul, the service manager. He asked me to bring in my Highlander the next day and he would arrange for a loaner car for me to use until the issue was resolved. He took personal oversight of the process and by the end of the day a problem that I had been having for 20K miles was fully resolved. And even though my extended warranty had recently expired, he made sure that the repairs needed on the previous work was covered. Paul and service advisor Linda did an excellent job of getting done what others had not been able to accomplish. More

Above average service center Thankfully the service center is nothing like the sales side of the house here. Yes they tend to upsell services recommending them possibly early but I have never had them attempt to recommend a service that wasn't needed. The service crew definitely ensures that our cars stay running well. More

He worked within my constraints as I had work schedule tied in during the discussions. He also came in on his off days to ensure the car hand over was handled well not only him but Jacob and all the Sales Manager helped me a-lot to locate the color and model i wanted from different dealerships. I really can’t thank enough Edgar for his hard work in maintaining my car very clean inside and out every-time i visit this dealership. It would be a huge loss to Toyota to lose great sales associates like Edgar and Jacob. Joel and Linda with Service always help me with free car washes and get the correct needs for my car. Overall everyone is very professional and sensitive to my needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for your next Toyota ride. More
