My experience with Denise was a great experience from the beginning. I was interested in an SUV. She called to tell me it was available and then even had the decency and kindness to call me when she thought beginning. I was interested in an SUV. She called to tell me it was available and then even had the decency and kindness to call me when she thought someone else had purchased it. After the purchase fell through she texted me right away to tell me it was available again! I was so excited! I rushed up there on New Years day and she and I had regular conversations while I waited and it was not just "salesperson" talk. She was friendly the entire time and she really tried to make the deal happen! Thank you and your GM for making the deal work!! I finally have my DREAM car!!! More
