He did not go over the main contract; did not indicate I purchased an item outside of the contract; and did not bother to inform me when the item was in stock. I just happened to stop by the dealership a week later and it had arrived. I had a little issue with the installation because Jerry did not inform me there was an installation charge. After going back and forth Adrian was able to get everything done. More

The only complaint I have is that I paid about $600 more than the TrueCar price, I'm not sure why, and I accepted the price, since it was still a great deal. I'm happy with my new Santa Fe; it was delivered in sparkling condition. I have used the service department for many years, and I highly recommend it. More

She wanted to test drive a four door Elantra because she is tired of her two door. She decided to trade her car in for a four door and got an excellent deal. I mentioned to the salesman Lawrence how unhappy I was with Kia of Riverside and my terrible experience with them when I leased my Kia Optima Hybrid from them in April. I said I wished I could trade in my Optima for a Sonata. Lawrence said he would see what he could do and I ended up going home with a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. My wife loves her Elantra and I love my Sonata Hybrid. We will recommend Hyundai of Loma Linda in the Inland Empire to everyone we know. Thank you! More

Lawrence asked what I was willing to put down and how much I wanted to pay monthly and then he applied rebates I was eligible for and I left with a new car! I never had to speak to any other associates or sales managers giving me the run-around and scribbling numbers on a piece of paper to try to get me to pay more than I wanted to pay. When it came time to sign the contract I was surprised that the price we agreed upon was the actual price of the vehicle!
