I love this dealership. I have bought 5 cars from them (2 for me and the others for my kids) and each time it has been an efficient, delightful transaction. I have even made car deals by texting on cars sight unseen. I trust Kofi to help me pick cars out that are in good shape and something I want to buy. Amazing experience After two months of searching for a specific vehicle at a very fair and reasonable price I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Columbia during the am hours and After two months of searching for a specific vehicle at a very fair and reasonable price I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Columbia during the am hours and immediately sales representative Zac Nichols provides me with the best communication and hospitality I’ve ever received. Long story sort, Zac negotiated not only a great deal but arranged to have Randy their resident driver to pick me up from my home 70 miles away to eliminate any inconvenience I would have had getting to the dealership had I driven. That alone was a luxurious trip with honest and genuine hospitality. I thank you all for that and for having my new truck in prestige condition and having all documents ready as I walked in the door. We were done and I was driving away in less that 30 minutes, test ride included. Thank you to the entire dealership for making me feel that not only my business matter to you but welcoming me with genuine hospitality. Such a pleasant surprise! We had been out shopping for a car all day and just happened to see a car we liked on the lot. We stopped in and Kofi greeted us warmly. He answered our questions about the car and pulled it up to the door for us to test drive, making sure it had gas in it and was ready to go. It was blistering hot out and we were so tired so saving us a few steps was appreciated. We loved the car and they didn’t pressure us or play games with the price. I can honestly say we will be a loyal Mercedes Benz customer. Loved the no stress atmosphere and David the finance guy has the best puns! This was the first time I’ve ever bought a car without getting a headache. What a pleasant experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mercedes Benz! More
