Aloha! I am Kim and it has been my privilege to serve customers like yourself at Lithia for almost 20 years. I love to meet new people and help them find the perfect vehicle for them, that suits their lifestyle and budget. I am easy to talk with, setting my customers at ease, making them laugh and "hang loose". I consider every person I help to not only be a customer, but a friend, turning each encounter into a long term relationship. In my free time I love to learn about other countries and travel with my son. I love all animals and have 2 cats that I rescued from the shelter, I name them Jazmin because I love Jasmine rice and Tigerbalm because I work out a lot and use it daily. I hope to help you with your next purchase and make a friend along the way.

I scheduled my appointment in advance and when I arrived they just wanted me to drop it off. I had to wait, I had already prepared to look around the lot and wait for the diagnosis. Three hours later I we they just wanted me to drop it off. I had to wait, I had already prepared to look around the lot and wait for the diagnosis. Three hours later I went back to the advisor and they had just finished the diagnosis and ordered parts. And even though I was a waited they parked my vehicle all the way out by the body shop. Still waiting on parts currently. More
