Almost perfect for a first time experience I originally engaged with the dealership thru TruCar. No problem getting to the car, but original ppw came in $2K OVER QUOTE. "I'm sorry". Having been a longtime Toyota owner, I was sort of doing due diligence looking at Honda’s equivalent vehicle. Our salesman, Leroy Martin, was knowledgeable on the CR-V, showed us the different trim levels and color combinations available and easily convinced us to move ahead with the sale. A no-nonsense, no-pressure approach from Boch Honda West! More

Wish for a better first car purchase experience overall.. I first found the car they were selling on their website by searching for the specific make and model of the car I was interested in which was a Honda I first found the car they were selling on their website by searching for the specific make and model of the car I was interested in which was a Honda Fit. I was contacted via email and text by Brianna the internet sales representative who was very pleasant over the phone. She said I could come in the next day to take a look at it, assuming I would be with her as my sales person. I walk in the next day around 4:30 to everyone sitting around and I asked about the Honda Fit and said who I talked to and was informed that Brianna was not there that day so I was assigned to Simeon who was "free". I will start with this, I will cut some slack for Simeon since he is fairly new. He made us then fill out a guest sheet then proceeded to turn his computer on which was not working so he looked up the car on his phone. The car from what I know of has been on their lot at the time for a few weeks, but he wasn't aware that the car was in his inventory and proceeded to get the car so we could test drive. I had to be the one to hold the conversation throughout the whole test drive experience. When we got back, I asked about if there was any work done on the brakes, to which my question wasn't even answered because the manager when we sat down after the test drive immediately took over which seemed rushed to me. I was very nervous and they didn't really take the time to empathize and really get to know me. After a half hour at the desk comparing different prices, we decided we wanted the vehicle and shook hands. It was around 6 at this time. We then had to wait an hour for the financial team to fill out the paperwork and as soon as we got in there, it was about 7 at night, an hour before they closed. Karl, I will also cut him some slack since it was at the end of the day, but it seemed like he just wanted us out of there as soon as possible and not really explaining the warranties fully in detail and rushing the entire time. We also already had an auto loan with Digital Federal Credit Union and showed them our confirmation number earlier that evening. Karl then said that DCU never answered him and without our permission applied us for an auto loan with TD Bank which had a higher interest rate than what I got from DCU. When all of the paperwork was said and done they said that the car will be fully ready tomorrow. When we looked over the paperwork the next morning, my father's contact information was all incorrect and had a random email address along with an address from Bedford, but we live in Methuen. We called them as soon as they opened and called us back saying we needed to come in as soon as possible to fix the paperwork since it is a legal contract. We live 30 minutes away from this dealership, so driving there and back is a hassle in itself. When we got there around 11 am, Karl already had the paperwork printed out with the same incorrect information. He reprinted it with the right address, but didn't change the phone number or email address. Karl informed us that it just needs to be changed in the system on his computer and not the legal documents. We then finished up resigning the paperwork then was told we needed to come back later that day at 3 or 4 o'clock. My father was working from home this day and it took most of his day to pick up the car. It then hit 3 o'clock and Simeon called us to say the car was ready. We picked up the car which was all detailed and very cleaned, this was the only time where I was satisfied with my care. When Simeon gave us the registration, he told us when the car was traded in, it only came with one key. I was already furious of the fact I had to dedicated my whole day into picking up the car, so I just said alright and then he told us we needed to get the inspection sticker done still and just to drive it into our service bay. Now, you would think by saying that the car is ready that the car is inspected and ready to be driven, but we got into the service bay and was waundering around until a lady about a minute later said "Can I help you with something?" with attitude and I said I needed to get an inspection sticker done. She then said to me that it was a 2 hour wait. I left the dealership upset and very disappointed with my experience. My mother wrote them an email about my experience, in which they replied saying they would purchase me car mats, since the car apparently doesn't come with mats either. While writing this review, I looked at the purchase contract to find out they already charged me for the inspection sticker without even inspecting it! Overall, I would say my experience here was sub-par, considering it was my first time purchasing a car and along with the long list of problems that occurred along the way. I will not be returning to this dealership. More
