When I walked into Wantagh Mazda I was actually happy to see that it was a small intimate sales floor. Victor took me out to test drive the CX-5 and not once did I feel like he was pushing the car on me. He just let me drive and we talked...he has a great personality. When we got back Phil sat down with me and wrote down every pricing detail, down to taxes and DMV charges. In the end, the monthly payment he told me was the monthly payment I got. He even worked with me a bit. There is no back room that they disappear into and leave you sitting there by yourself. No hidden charges, no gimmicks, no bait and switch. Everything and everyone is out there in the open. I met with Kenny to finalize my financing and paperwork, and he was not the typical "Finance Guy", meaning he was a pleasure to work with. Not once did I feel pressure to buy from anyone on the staff. I made 3 trips, and the total time spent there from test drive to ownership was 2 hours. The icing on the cake...my beautiful new Mazda CX-5! Victor even sat in the car with me and went over every button. I'm a very happy customer. More

From the moment I walked in, I was treated very differently from the previous dealerships I visited. They really wanted to work to help me and did not play games which was appreciated. David Chiari was great, friendly and efficient. Everything I asked for, he made happen. No pressure and great customer service. Kenny Davis was a breathe of fresh air after dealing with the finance department at the other dealerships. He is truely on your side. I left there feeling confident (and not defeated) that I was getting everything I was looking for at a fair price. If only all dealerships could operate as honestly and with the customer truely in mind as this one. Needless to say, I was very happy with the experience from beginning to end and absolutely love my new Mazda CX-5! Thank you David and Kenny for being such a pleasure to work with. More

This was really a great experience. Had been to may other dealers-- including one other mazda dealer. Everyone was very professional -- nonpressuring and really were willng to work with me to get me e other dealers-- including one other mazda dealer. I was torn between the CX5 and CX9, and they were very patient and helpful in closing a deal that was hard to pass up. I have to say I had a meltdown about a final color choice at the last minute, and thank you to Kenny Davis who went above and beyond to take me through the lot in the freezing cold, and show me a couple of other options. Not exactly the way to start off a Monday morning, but he was very reassuring that I had made the right choice and that I would be completely satisfied with my final decision. I picked up my 3rd CX9 yesterday and I am totally thrilled. I have to say that they all lead me in the right direction, and I am very grateful. See you again .....Thank You!!!! More

Upon arrival Kenny took care of all our needs. I needed a car big enough to hold three grandchildren, and easy on my back. My husband wanted style (and the color red). Kenny suggested the CX5-Touring and we took it out for a ride, no questions asked. Sitting over coffee we made the decision to purchase - no pressure at all! Paperwork was handled with precision and ease, our car would be ready the next day! Talk about service! Next day was a snowstorm, Kenny called up and suggested we don't pick up due to icing. Upon arrival to pick up all I had to do was sign the final papers and off I go. Dave set in motion explaining my new car. Not an easy task for someone like me. He was attentive to all my many questions and didn't rush at all. He set up my bluetooth and even my radio stations! He assured me that I could come back anytime with any further questions. Kenny went above and beyond with listening to what we needed; and he came through! I love my new car! Thank you Kenny and Dave. More

I purchased my first car from Wantagh Mazda in 2007 from Victor. From the day I bought my car I have never had any problems or regrets. Because of this great experience I decided to purchase my second car from Wantagh Mazda. When we first entered the dealership, Victor was not available, but Ken was. We did inform him that we purchased our first car from Victor and was looking to work with him again. He had no problem giving Victor the recognition for the sale. Ken did a great job in helping us decide which car and and whether a lease or a purchase was the better option for me. He was informative and patient while we asked questions and made a decision. After I purchased the car, from then on I dealt with Victor. He kept me updated about the insurance papers and called me to set up a day and time to come and pick up the car. Victor is very helpful, informative, and accommodating. After picking up my car, Victor called me the next day to ask how the car was and he set up a 1 month appointment for me. He does his job well and is genuinely concerned that you will love your new car. My experience the second time was just as great as the first, if not better. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More
