Very happy with the dealership and sales personnel. Car arrived in excellent condition and I was kept informed of any issues. Ken whom I dealt with for my new car purchase, was very responsive and pleasan arrived in excellent condition and I was kept informed of any issues. Ken whom I dealt with for my new car purchase, was very responsive and pleasant to work with and very professional. The dealership was very competitive for financing and I ended up financing thru them. Only comment is that be sure if ordering a car with dealer installed items that you identify all the costs, both hardware and installation costs as the cost (labor) is different than if installed at the factory. Ken White is great to work with. He was fine with me wanting to distance from him. He treated me with respect during negotiations. He is also very knowledgeable. Nothing personal with your new guy-he was very nice, but I felt I was adding covid risk (even with the plexiglass), to discuss things for an extended time, that could have been done by phone or not at all.
