Buying a car can be a daunting experience, especially if you are considering those in the stratospheric price range. I wanted a large SUV and I looked at the high end models for Audi, BMW, Porshe, Cadillac, you are considering those in the stratospheric price range. I wanted a large SUV and I looked at the high end models for Audi, BMW, Porshe, Cadillac, Infiniti and Land Rover. But I have always been partial to Mercedes and after some research I learned that Flagship Motors in Lynnfield, MA got very high ratings. I was not disappointed. My initial contact at Flagship was with Ken Julian, Sales Manager, who assigned TJ Jayasekera to work out the details for a purchase. First, Ken Julian will do practically anything to work with you to find a car you want. He has a very engaging personality and a no nonsense approach to a deal. Then, TJ is a consummate Mercedes sales representative, not "a car salesman." He worked with me to select a new 2014 Mercedes GL450 with the appropriate options. TJ is very patient and understands the process that a customer goes through in finalizing a commitment to purchase a car with a high six figure price. The entire purchasing process was very satisfying. Flagship gets five stars. More

We had the pleasure of purchasing a new Mercedes from Flagship Motorcars. After extensive research, dealership visits and pricing of Lexus, BMW and Audi, we decided to purchase a Mercedes from Flagship M Flagship Motorcars. This dealership has an extensive inventory and an impressive reputation for customer service. Ibe Ogwu, our Product Specialist, was tremendously helpful every step of the way. He was very kind, helpful, patient and completely responsive to telephone calls and e-mails, both pre and post-purchase. There were none of the "pressure" measures typically seen during car purchase, which is always a concern when purchasing a vehicle. Ibe understood our concerns, our price point and what we were hoping in trade for our old vehicle. He and Ken Julian, Sales Manager, provided us with exceptional incentives and a fair trade value, helping to make the final price in our target zone. George Sarkis, Business Manager, was also quite helpful when we added maintenance plans, other options, and completing the required documents. Jody, the dealership receptionist, was also pleasant, courteous and helpful, which is very important, as that is the first person a customer meets when arriving and often sets the tone. When we picked up the vehicle Ibe provided an extensive overview of the vehicle's features, making sure the vehicle was ready to go and in pristine condition. He followed-up after delivery, answered questions and provided outstanding customer service, which is the hallmark of a great sales and purchase experience. This dealership knows that the customer service experience is that intangible that often makes the difference when deciding which car to purchase. Keep up the good work! More

Ken Julian was my salesperson. I found him to be very honest and courteous, which being a woman was very refreshing. He did not dismiss or belittle me as some other dealers had. She returned my calls promptly and was very sweet. Also, I purchased my last Mercedes at Westwood Mercedes-Benz. I brought my car to Flagship for service after moving to Wakefield. This was my very first experience at a Mercedes dealership. I have always gone to Herb Chambers dealerships since they are known for the BEST service. This dealership was exactly what I expected it to be...beautiful, clean, and service oriented. I also had the pleasure of working with Ken Julian. He was exceptional! Ken took his time to go over all my options and helped me to stay within my price range. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles and his ability to make me feel comfortable by answering all my questions. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Mercedes to ask for Ken Julian because he not only is genuine, but he made buying a car an enjoyable experience. More

Overall good experience. Product knowledge was excellent, appointments were on schedule, car was immaculate. Still feels a little like any high volume business for such an expensive purchase. Everyone at Flagship Motors has been pleasant, helpful, and patient every time, without exception. I am a widow and senior citizen without a great deal of car knowledge. My ML350 was leased in 2006, work and patient every time, without exception. I am a widow and senior citizen without a great deal of car knowledge. My ML350 was leased in 2006, working with a salesman (Peter Wienstroer) who treated me as he would his own mother. I got just the car I needed and was never pressured to add anything unnecessary. This past summer, as my lease was drawing to an end, I was offered a variety of options, each patiently explained to me by Ken Julian and Mark Bartoli. I decided to keep my lease car by first turning it in and then purchasing it as an MB Certifed Pre-owned vehicle. As always, I was given a loaner car at no charge for the few days that my car was in transition. There is a sense of security in owning a quality automobile, but an even greater security in knowing that your dealership is always there to help you in any situation. More
