Their staff are highly knowledgeable and there is not even the hint of sales pressure at any point. They don't play pricing games as most other car stores do, our sales person, David Lopez was exceptional, he went out of his way to provide every detail, even offering to come in on his day off to deliver the car. I have visited many car stores, this one is truly one of the very best. More

Best car buying experience of my life Buying a car this time around was actually fun and pleasant. I have never used those words to describe buying a car from a dealer before, but I truly Buying a car this time around was actually fun and pleasant. I have never used those words to describe buying a car from a dealer before, but I truly mean it. The parking lot was jammed packed and before I even got out of the car a nice gentleman was helping me park (sorry I wish I knew his name). I had already spoken to a very positive and upbeat Katie George on the phone about the mini I wanted to look at and then she introduced me to Josh Phillips. He was no pressure, informative, easy to chat and get along with from the moment I met him. Once I decided that this was the car for me, he worked quickly to contact my insurance agent before 5pm so that I could come back the very next morning to pick it up. Josh had things ready for me when I got there, took the time out to show me all the car features and shared my enthusiasm for the purchase with a great hug at the end. Truly, I have never hugged a car salesman! I also spoke with Rob Gale to go over the paperwork, warranties and financing. Another truly pleasurable experience, what an enjoyable person, no pressure again to buy any add ons, just presented the information in a friendly non judgmental way. Thanks everyone! More

If I'd ever seen an email sig file from a car dealer which stated "We Don't Sell Cars, We Help People Buy Them." before I worked with Luigi and the folks at Herb Chambers Mini in Boston, I'd have rolled which stated "We Don't Sell Cars, We Help People Buy Them." before I worked with Luigi and the folks at Herb Chambers Mini in Boston, I'd have rolled my eyes in disbelief but that's exactly the experience I had. I went in during a national Mini event to register for an incentive voucher with absolutely no idea I'd be able to buy a car. After all, I'd been working for about six months to locate the Mini model I wanted with the amenities I desired, worked with several other dealerships, been frustrated by run-arounds from other salesmen and had almost given up the idea of buying a Mini at all. When I showed up to the dealership, though, Katie and Luigi had worked to find several cars which met my needs and wants. It was like sitting around with a friend, spit-balling ideas and coming up with a dream car except the staff at Herb Chambers Mini made the car materialize even though it required shipping from several states away. During the process, the entire crew were available to answer any questions I had and any issues which arose they handled with ease. I never felt like an inconvenience and I never felt like I was being sold a car. Luigi's ease and confidence made it seem like he was simply there to make the transaction as easy as possible. My schedule is hectic and the only day I was able to take delivery of the car was his day off but Luigi came in to make sure everything went smoothly and see me off in my new car. In the week and a half since I've had the car, he's emailed several times to see if I had any additional questions or needed help with anything. More

How do you thank something like a car dealership, especially one that went beyond the call of duty on your behalf? My wife’s 2009 Mini blew three values over a 19 month period and since it was no lo especially one that went beyond the call of duty on your behalf? My wife’s 2009 Mini blew three values over a 19 month period and since it was no longer on warranty, we were faced with significant repair bills. The Herb Chambers Mini of Boston Sales, Service and Management teams worked on our behalf with Mini Corporate so we never saw those bills. Finally, after the third valve blew, the Herb Chambers people put a deal together to get my wife a brand new 2013 Mini paying less per month than we were paying before. I don’t think “thank you” is adequate enough for all they did…Joe M. More
