Sorry it has taken so long to write this but here it is. We are on our third Subaru from Wilde Subaru. The last two were leased with the assistance of Kalie Frick. Kalie was absolutely instrumental in answering any and all questions during the whole,process. Being a car guy myself , Kalie amazed me at her total knowledge of the vehicle and the lease,process itself. It,was,a,total pleasure working with Kalie and look forward to,seeing her again. By the way the entire team at Wilde has been a great experience including the service department and everyone that we have worked with. Well one more department that was,a,pleasure was,the finance. Dept making signing all those forms kind of,a,fun thing.and explaining each step. More

Ever part of today's service appt on my Outback is the stuff of customer success! Mike dialed it in at every turn - in and out when I dropped my car off, status messages along the way, notification when stuff of customer success! One of my least favorite things to do is to look for a new vehicle. Kay was the salesperson who actually helped turn the usual dreadful experience into a pleasurable one. She went out of her way to answer every question my husband and I had, by going through the entire vehicle, showing us all that we needed to know, and then asking if we had a thorough understanding, or if we needed further information. I purchased a new Crosstrek for my girlfriend and had Kay as my sales person. Kay was very knowledgeable on all of the features in the car and spent time showing them to us. I never once felt pressured int as my sales person. Kay was very knowledgeable on all of the features in the car and spent time showing them to us. I have bought over 50 cars for my businesses and my self over the last 30 years and i will say she was one of the most knowledgeable and pleasant sales person i have bought a car from. Kailee Frick is AWESOME!!!I went in to test drive a new Forester, and was lucky to get her as my sales person extraordinaire! I told her I was just checking out all the different brands of SUVs and I wasn Forester, and was lucky to get her as my sales person extraordinaire! I told her I was just checking out all the different brands of SUVs and I wasn't planning to purchase that day. She took all the time in the world to show me the Forester, explain every feature, especially all the safety items. She was very patient and educated me on this wonderful automobile. Unfortunately, (for me), they did not have the color/trim evel that I wanted. She did tell me there were more coming in later in January, but I was too impatient to wait, so ended up purchasing my Suburu at another dealer. If you are in the market for a car, go see Kailee. She's the first person I will go to, when I purchase again. More
