Beside the fact that "bait and switch" means that a dealer promised to sell you one car and then when you arrive they tell you that the vehicle you had agreed to purchase was no longer available and then try to switch you to another vehicle, at no point were you told that we were going to sell you a TRD Pro model at MSRP leading up to allocation. As a matter of fact, we had a TRD Pro come in that was black and knowing that you wanted orange the salesperson did not tell you about it. Later you were disappointed that he did not tell you about it, so he took the orange color off and was going to notify when we received the next TRD Pro regardless of the color. At the time that this had occurred the salesperson told you that we had sold thatt one for MRSP. So you were told before the allocation that we were selling TRD Pro models over MSRP. At no point in time after you were told it was over MSRP from when it was allocated, through the two months that it took to get here, when the vehicle arrived, at the time of delivery or otherwise until now did you let us know that you had any disagreement about the price. If anything, up to this point you had no intentions of telling us that you were upset until after you took delivery so that you could then leave a misleading review about us. If anything that happened here is underhanded it is that. Again, if you do not feel the price of the vehicle is fair, we will purchase the truck back from you.

That’s not true, lots of dealers are selling Pro’s for MSRP. Your a classic bait and switch dealer. You told me for months you would sell it to me for MSRP and then when you got an allocation you raised the price on me.

Who are you, you have no idea what you are talking about. My brother who Used to work with your GM Dan, contacted Dan for me and your GM said he would sell me the truck for MSRP??????
