Car works great again after radio/computer replacement We bought a Santa Fe Ultimate in 2017 from this store and loved the car immediately. Unfortunately, after a few weeks we started having trouble with t We bought a Santa Fe Ultimate in 2017 from this store and loved the car immediately. Unfortunately, after a few weeks we started having trouble with the computer being slow to start up after starting the car. It would sometimes take 2 or 3 minutes during which time the backup camera would freeze, the touch screen would intermittently work and the map would just say "loading". We reported the problem immediately, but the service personnel said they couldn't reproduce the problem. Over time it seemed to get worse (slower). We brought the car in specifically for this once, and reported it again after every oil change. After our fourth or fifth report, Juan replaced the system for us! We dropped the car off before close on a Friday night, and planned to pick the car up on Sunday morning as it's a little over an hour drive to this dealership. Juan called around noon on Saturday and had the work completed well in advance of when we expected it. Thank you very much for finally resolving this long standing problem! The computer once again works like it did when we test-drove the car. More

Oil change and patch tire Juan aviles was friendly and kept me updated with progress reports. He walked me to the cashier and then to my car when it was finished. Fair Service Service on my car was good. They didn't try to upsell for the first time ever but that was because it's a brand new car. Nothing to upsell there. T Service on my car was good. They didn't try to upsell for the first time ever but that was because it's a brand new car. Nothing to upsell there. There was a problem when I arrived though. Waited in line outside for a long time. No one was moving the cars up and I was pracatically hanging out on the highway. No one could enter the lot with the line of cars and blank spaces in front. No one came out to move the cars for a long time. I thought they were either too busy or neglectful. I went inside and stood there what seemed like forever. One service tech was chatting with 2 customers and shooting the breeze over nothing important. That lasted probably 15 minutes. Another service tech was shuffling papers over and over ever so slowly looked like he was just killing time. Two other techs were actually working on service orders for customers. I stood there like an idiot being ignored and ignored. It was a ridiculous situation. What, was I invisible? I finally got service from one of the truly working servicemen Juan Aviles and he was very good. More
