We weren't very familiar with the car we were buying so before we went on a test drive Josh sat in the back and explained all of the features of the car to us. When we got back from the test drive Josh took us to his office explained the whole car buying process too us. He explained everything so thoroughly and was so understanding. When we went to the dealership we did not plan on buying a car, but Josh was such an amazing salesmen that we left with an amazing new car! Everyone that works at this dealership was so friendly!
