DAYO has verbally agreed to sell me a RST Tahoe. I had paid my $500.00 deposit and was waiting now on the production of the vehicle to commence. DAYO and his colleagues did not discuss with me that they a paid my $500.00 deposit and was waiting now on the production of the vehicle to commence. DAYO and his colleagues did not discuss with me that they are not going to sell me the car- I found out a 2weeks later when I was checking up. They used the “I needed to trade a vehicle in” card to why they are refusing to sell me the RST. The truth of the matter is, I was using a preferred pricing discount (as to the company I work for had already negotiated with the dealership on their employees behalf) so they did not want to sell me a vehicle for the discounted price. Awful service, horrible customer experience would not recommend. More
