My wife and I have had a Chrysler/Dodge Grand Caravan since 1984. Their latest model has many new features which were unfamiliar. However, I soon became comfortable driving the car with John's explanations and under his patient guidance. John Walker made my buying process easy answering all my questions, discussing various financing options and never with attitude. The purchase was completed quickly and efficiently. The next day I picked up the new car with John testing my memory and knowledge of the new features. Then, John introduced me to Deepak Dhiman at the service department.
