My experience was overall wonderful. I felt very well taken care of from the time the young man clocked me in (sorry I ddon't remember his name. My wife and I bought our first car at LIC Hyundai last Thursday. We worked with JJ Nazario and John Parhami to get the car that we wanted. We also shopped around at Plaza Hyundai and Giuffre Hyundai. Out of all the dealers LIC Auto gave us the best deal for the car we wanted. They also were friendly and actually spoke to us like reasonable intelligent people. We did not get this type of respect from the other dealers. JJ and John really did work with us. They were tentative and respectful. Work with both these guys, they are the real deal! thank you JJ and John for your service. More

LIC Hyundai never fails to go above and beyond with customer service. They go out of their way to accommodate my tight schedule for all my routine maintenance visits. They do their best to get me in an customer service. They go out of their way to accommodate my tight schedule for all my routine maintenance visits. They do their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible, and are always friendly and considerate. I've dealt the most with Jay Strassberg, and he's a regular guy with a family and takes care of me while I'm there like he'd want his own family to be taken care of. Amazing crew in that service department - 5 star service! More

The first dealership I went to was Major World, which ended up being a Major Bust. I walked out from the dealership with an extremely high interest rate and with a car that had 80 thousand miles. At first, I didn't think it was that bad of a deal because, frankly, I don't have the greatest credit score. Well, I came to find out later that there was a car fax on the vehicle, which wasn't told to me at the time of sale. In the end, I decided to go to Long Island City right after, where I was greeted by an older gentleman. The staff was very friendly and Israel was able to give me a lower interest rate !! Honestly, I was shocked. Not only was the service great, but I didn't feel like I was bamboozled into getting a car, like I was at Major World. He made me feel confident in my purchase. I have to say that the best decision I ever made was to go to Long Island City Auto. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my whole family and to my friends. Finally, I feel like I owe Israel for having helped me. More

The dealership is professionally run and all of the people from the parking attendant to the Salesman and Sales manager are courteous and interested in meeting your needs.There is no drama, just plain people from the parking attendant to the Salesman and Sales manager are courteous and interested in meeting your needs.There is no drama, just plain dealing which I admire. It took us a moment or two to decide upon the right car and price. They are an extremely busy dealership and Mr. Parhami is wonderfully patient with his customers. As it turned out, I had a cell phone which was not loading into the system and John went to the ends of the earth to troubleshoot the problem and resolve it.He spent at least an hour with me personally and did his homework before I got there. This is truly what customer service used to be in the United States, but hard to find today. I can say that I would recommend this dealership over others because they give you a sense that they are not just pushing cars out the door, but truly interested in serving their clients well. More

I have purchased and leased many cars and have dealt with many dealerships. However, I must say that this was my BEST experience!! The salesman John Parhami was more than anyone could every expect. He was many dealerships. However, I must say that this was my BEST experience!! The salesman John Parhami was more than anyone could every expect. He was such a pleasure to deal with. When I went in looking for a car, he was MOST helpful. He provided me with the EXACT car that I wanted. He went over all the figures of the car and told me he would call me as soon as he had it. In the past, everytime I went back to pick up the car and "meet the finance man" the payment we agreed upon always went up !! When I went to pick up the car, all figures were EXACTLY as we discussed, not a dollar off !!! John spent atleast an hour going over the features of the car and was such a pleasure. He also called me two days later to see how I was doing with the new car. I really must say that I had the best experience ever. More
