Did a search for Jeep Cherokees and got CarGurus listing for South Oak Dodge Cherokee. Looked at for a day or two then called. I got JL and he sent information and asked if I wanted to test drive the SUV. D for South Oak Dodge Cherokee. Looked at for a day or two then called. I got JL and he sent information and asked if I wanted to test drive the SUV. Day later I set up a time and the drove the 155 miles to see the new used car in my life. JL helped with the 10 year transition and got me settled with the tech shock. Then sent me to BW to do the paper work. Both gentleman were helpful.I am updating my review after the new car glaze wore off. First must say read your paper work I didn’t and will be paying for it BIG TIME. My salesman was very helpful and that is to be expected. JL got into the suv and it is great had a price that morning of the sale at $14881 and the drive of 155 miles was much shorter. When I got there one of my questions was it at this price and he said yes but that was the rock bottom price. When I read the contract it became $1995 more surprise…. My first red flag should have been that I needed to go to parts and buy a front licenses plate bracket a piece of plastic for $32 bucks. Then I was sent to do the paper work to BW he explained the gap insurance and that I was getting a better bumper to bumper coverage for the rest of the years on the warranty price never mentioned. Thought wow since I failed to read didn’t know until later that this upgrade and was costing $3300 plus. I am now going to pay much more than $15000 for my great new car but watch your deals . Do love the suv…..Awesome inventory. More
