John Kidd did a phenomenal job taking care of me and my Ford Edge. I was having issues with the sync system and other technological systems and they diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. John Kidd recently assisted with getting my vehicle serviced, and I could not have had a better experience. I needed service done, and it took multiple days to find the issue and John was 1)Honest 2)tr serviced, and I could not have had a better experience. I needed service done, and it took multiple days to find the issue and John was 1)Honest 2)transparent and 3) accommodating throughout the entire time. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks, and John made sure I was updated on the status of the parts that needed to be ordered and he made sure I had a rental car for the times I needed it throughout the 2 week period. I hope that everyone gets the pleasure to have John when they go to Parks Ford, and will be recommending people to go to Parks for John's service and customer focus. I will be requesting for John for any/all future service needs in the future. More
