I have always liked this place. The service is good and I am told the estimated cost before any thing is done. The waiting area is great. Nice and clean with many places to sit to wait. I understand why they are not there now but they were appreciated when we could have them I like the way they personally come to get you when the service is done. More

I wanted the high quality car wash that I’ve always received at Brookdale Honda. They do a better job at getting my Accord clean, so I bought the Oil Change & Car Wash package. When my car was present received at Brookdale Honda. They do a better job at getting my Accord clean, so I bought the Oil Change & Car Wash package. When my car was presented to me, the backside was still dirty. I pointed it out to one of the Service employees who agreed and said that he would have it rewashed. It looked better and I left with it. The next day, I was disappointed that the wheels were still dirty which takes away from my beautiful car. Everyone who works there has always treated me with respect and dignity. My wife’s next car will probably be from Brookdale Honda. Thank You!! More

They got my oil change and maintenance completed as I needed. They also reviewed what maintenance needs I had and actually encouraged me to wait on services that I really didn’t need yet.
