The service here goes above and beyond. We purchased a rogue last year and when my truck was one breakdown away from an expensive problem. I had asked John Hartley to keep an eye out please for a solid co rogue last year and when my truck was one breakdown away from an expensive problem. I had asked John Hartley to keep an eye out please for a solid commuter vehicle for my husband to replace it. He not only found a Sentra for a good price, but also made the sale extremely smooth as my husband and I knew what we wanted, but jobhours and children made it difficult to both be present. They made it happen seamlessly w the edoc signatures and Paul worked magic on end of the year financing. John Hartley himself once even drove out to jump a vehicle with a dead battery. He didn’t have to do that. He was our salesman. Crown Nissan service center has been easy to work with as well. We drove to see family and they honored our service plan even though I had just exceeded the recommended mileage for oil change. It’s always super easy. Drive up. Park. In and out. You won’t be sorry. Oh, AND, they gave us hands down the BEST trade in value for our old Liberty sitting in our driveway. Saved us from the city fining us. Salvage yards weren’t jumping at it. Hands down the best car dealing business I've ever encountered. John Hartley knows his car business and makes it his business to make sure you know yours! He offered to work on his day off to make it more convenient for us and took time to walk me through setting up my phone in the new car. I had been looking for a Nissan Pro 4x for several months. I had located one at a dealership an hours drive from me. I contacted them thought we had a deal over the phone so they didn't was my time. months. I had located one at a dealership an hours drive from me. Salesman called me 4 times on day to get me to come in and told him I would be there in the morning. Confirmed he had the manages approval for the price we talked about. Go there the next morning and the dumb &*^*& never had the car on the lot it was at another one of their dealerships 2 hours away, THEY still wanted me discuss price and I told them he already agreed to a price and HE AGIAN WAS WRONG. So that brings me to CROWN NISSAN. A ad just came up on Saturday so I called and spoke to John Hartley. First thing he did was verify the vehicle was there and take some pictures, Then we talked about the price he got the approval and I went for a test drive. 12hours later I signed the papers and drove the truck home. BEST service and negotiations. It was worth the drive for sure!! Thank you CROWN NISSAN More
