Wonderful personality, excellent product knowledge and follow up. I love buying cars here. They have taken care of my Genesis GV80 for the last year and I'm always happy to pop in and say hi. It was a no brainer to come here to get my daughter her first car. Left the dealership with a happy kid and a greatful heart and a beautiful car. John is the best , Casey the GM is great and Rashawn, Val and the finance team were lovely. A+ dealership and sales team. More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is being how we bought a used car I was told it would be detailed prior to us fl driving it off the lot. My husband and I visited multiple Hyundai dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area and Crown was by far the best when it came to pricing, customer service and availability. We worked with Carter and John to test d the Tampa Bay Area and Crown was by far the best when it came to pricing, customer service and availability. We worked with Carter and John to test drive and find the car I wanted. They were both very patient and helpful when it came to all our questions. They didn’t have the exact car I was wanting the day we came to visit but they looked for one that fit my specifications and found me one within a day and I was able to pick it up the following day. Carter and John made our buying experience very simple and easy and walked us through every step. Thank you both for making what is usually a daunting task a smooth and enjoyable experience! More

I have already given this dealership five stars on another website carrs.com. But I would like to add to finance guys yes I found them to be forthright and helpful. I was on the fence regarding the ex another website carrs.com. But I would like to add to finance guys yes I found them to be forthright and helpful. I was on the fence regarding the extended warranty but I can see that in my case it probably made some sense. As to using Hyundai finance to finance part of the purchase that made some sense because given the interest rate difference they actually created a small monthly profit. The dealership to give all of these guys a free trip to Bermuda and give them an extra annual week of vacation and free sushi every week. More
