Service department here is exceptional. They are efficient, knowledgable, and understanding to customers. They have verified and fixed a couple things on my 19 Impreza and have always been more than efficient, knowledgable, and understanding to customers. They have verified and fixed a couple things on my 19 Impreza and have always been more than reasonable. I didn't buy my Subaru here, but will buy the next one here. And no, I'm not an employee or a friend, just appreciate the quality of work. More

Paul couldn't have been more helpful. He was incredibly patient....took the time to fully explain features..... as we took many Outbacks for test drives. We were initially looking at used Outbacks, but it turned out to be nearly as cost effective to buy new. Miss my 2008 Outback, but an learning to love the 2020 too. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxed, honest, professional sales rep. More

I thought I was simply bringing in my 2017 forester for service, but ended leaving with a new vehicle. I usually have a great experience with this service department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and was recommended to change it to a more premium service which was $1,500 more than what I had planned on. On the way out, I looked at a used car, and decided to change my service back to the originally planned oil change (with synthetic oil, even though the age of my car does not require it.). Kyle was visually frustrated with my decision to change the service, even though the work had not been started on the car. I would imagine what would be better for the dealership as a whole , would outweigh any commission he would receive for the service, but he was very unhappy and rude about changing the service back. When I came to pick up my car, I noted on the invoice that traditional motor oil had been placed in the car, instead of the synthetic oil that I had requested. This is the third time that this has happened to me at this dealership. Kyle did not even speak to me about the mistake, and instead another service representative discussed that I could wait to have the oil drained, and synthetic oil placed instead. Not wanting to wait for another oil change, and waste the oil, I decided to just keep the regular oil in the car. The other service representative said they would make it up to me, but no concrete plan was discussed. Usually I have a good experience with this service department, especially with Jon and Mary, but some of the newer representatives have something to learn about customer service. More

They take care of me and provide a courtesy vehicle where appropriate. Christie is very friendly, Mary is a superstar adviser, John is willing to provide his knowledge and Dan makes sure I'm waiting as little as possible. Sean amazes me with his professionalism. Meghan gets me quickly checked-in while Christine is an awesome leader and makes everything seamless. Kyle works well, multitasking and prioritizing to ensure I get back to work. Please never change!
