The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

We were referred through the Liberty Mutual TrueCar buying program, and the dealership did not try to talk us out of that deal. They added dealer options that added to the cost, but not as many as other car dealers we visited. The financial guy was efficient and low key, also not pressuring us to add more options that did not interest us. More

Great experience, great people I went to 1st Honda simply looking to test drive the Odyssey and had every intention of buying a used vehicle. Johann David, my salesperson, was very I went to 1st Honda simply looking to test drive the Odyssey and had every intention of buying a used vehicle. Johann David, my salesperson, was very helpful in facilitating that experience and was very attentive to what I was saying. He showed me the 2016 since there were no used ones on the lot and I was sold after one drive. However, I wasn't sure about financing but he and his sales manager, Marlon, were able to work a deal to get me into a new vehicle at the right price on a lease. Johann David is a good luck charm when it comes to expecting the unexpected and believing that the impossible might just be possible. My whole experience was positive and I would highly recommend 1st Honda to all I know. This is my 3rd honda in 15 years, my last one giving me 12 years and 206,000 miles and still kicking! Family expansion demanded a bigger vehicle, but I plan on being a Honda owner for life. I try to shop Simi first and it paid off in spades. From test-drive to drive-off, it was the smoothest and most pleasant experience I've ever had with such a major purchase. They even helped me entertain my 2 1/2 year old son during the signing process and made my whole family feel welcome. Thank you First Honda for being so amazing! More
