The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

Choose Johann! We went to many different dealerships and Johann was the most knowledgeable salesman we encountered. During the test drive he took the time to point out many of the cars features and allowed me to experience them during the drive. We had a test drive at a different dealership the same day with a salesman that sat in the backseat texting and very distracted, we loved that car...the salesman not so much. Johanns patience, professionalism, and knowledge is top notch! More

Great shopping experience Johann was super helpful. He did a great job of explaining all the features of the vehicle and demonstrating them on our test drive. He also helped Johann was super helpful. He even suggested we look at a different color car when we had trouble choosing. We were skeptical but when he showed it to us we knew right away it was our car.
