The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

New Honda Accord I just wanted to take a moment to thank 1st Honda for the help I received during the acquiring of a lease on a new Accord Sport 2.0T. I first wante I just wanted to take a moment to thank 1st Honda for the help I received during the acquiring of a lease on a new Accord Sport 2.0T. I first wanted to mention the help I received from my sales associate. Johann was very knowledgeable in regard to the vehicle I came in for. He found the vehicle I asked about, and very professionally answered any questions I had regarding it and showed me how to operate all the functions regarding the infotainment center (I.e. Apple CarPlay etc.). He was not only friendly, but he made the experience with this dealership a comfortable one. I knew what I wanted, and because of that and the professionalism of the managing sales office, I was there for only about an hour. I wanted to thank 1st Honda and all those involved with the delivery of my new Accord.
