Purchasing a new car My Wife and I visited Cronin a few weeks ago to look at a new Fusion. We were met by Tony Heneger. Tony was very professional with us and did not us My Wife and I visited Cronin a few weeks ago to look at a new Fusion. We were met by Tony Heneger. Tony was very professional with us and did not use any pressure sales tactics. Tony stated he was fairly new to the job and when was asked a technical question he stated he did not know but would find out for us. In fact he did find all the answers to our questions and we felt very comfortable with him. We decided to purchase the vehicle the next day but Tony was not working. Tony passed all the information along to Joe Heneger, and we had the same treatment from Joe. Very professional and easy going. We would defiantly recommend Cronin Ford. More

Great car buying experience I was very impressed by our salesman, Joe Heneger. He responded to my questions promptly, was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. When I arrive I was very impressed by our salesman, Joe Heneger. He responded to my questions promptly, was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. When I arrived from Warsaw, IN for the appointment with Joe, he already had the car parked in front of the dealership so we could look at it right away and test drive it. I really appreciated the fact that Joe knew our time was valuable and worked to make the whole process smooth. The finance manager, Jeremy Greer worked to get me the best interest rate and the financing went smoothly and quickly. The sales manager, Justin Love worked to give me a great price on my car.
