Joe also took detailed videos of the Sienna and sent them to me so I could see everything working. Travis Burch also answered all my question quickly and wasn't pushy when explaining the extras the dealership has for purchase. Price of the Sienna was great and 2 to 3 thousand cheaper than I could find in my hometown. More

Great deal on our Kia and with our dealer, Joe Gustafson! We found the listing for our Kia Soul on the CarFax app and immediately called the Lou Fusz dealership to ask about it because the price was fantastic We found the listing for our Kia Soul on the CarFax app and immediately called the Lou Fusz dealership to ask about it because the price was fantastic! We were directed to Joe Gustafson, and he was extremely helpful. We met him at the dealership later that morning and he took us for a test drive and explained the pricing as well as all of the details of the car. The Lou Fusz used car dealership was welcoming, as was the staff. Even though we went on a Saturday at the end of the month, we didn't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be helped, and we received great service while we waited. I'd recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a used car! More

He was a "straight shooter" and worked with us to get to the payment we wanted (including the extra protections). We never felt rushed or pressured in any way. It was altogether a great experience.
