It was my 3rd time purchasing a car from DCH Toyota and as always everything went smooth. I have to say mission accomplished. I inquired on TrueCar about a used CRV on the lot. I got a call from Bob the next morning invited me with availability and the asking price of the I inquired on TrueCar about a used CRV on the lot. I got a call from Bob the next morning invited me with availability and the asking price of the car I literally walked off the Street and I was able to test drive the car in minutes since I already had an idea about the price on the internet negotiating for the out the door car price was fairly easy I was able to buy the car and drive it away in the same day if there was anything I could say that wasn't that great it's that at times I was left sitting in the showroom without being notified what was going on or when Jodie be back I have to say that the pricing was transparent and I'm satisfied with the purchase of the car More

I purchased a 2022 Prius Prime back in November 2022. The car is fantastic. Still, I've taken my time to think this through; despite the car, the service provided by DCH was terrible. Jodie was "helping" The car is fantastic. Still, I've taken my time to think this through; despite the car, the service provided by DCH was terrible. Jodie was "helping" me, but would often not return my emails and blame me or other co-workers for her issues. An example is telling me the incorrect date my car would arrive. A simple mistake but she could not take responsibility or offer any compensation for the money lost from myself and my mother taking off from work the intended date. This does not seem worth the ~5k additional costs the dealer charges from the MSRP. The second associate I worked with tried to take advantage of my mother's love for me when pitching us insurance. This is the primary reason I'm giving such a poor review. This showed a lack of morals and disrespect to my family in exchange for money. My takeaways are that I will be sticking with Toyota in the future, (their cars are good quality) but not with this dealership. Thanks. More
