Jim Elsloo - Salesman If you want the best, and the epitome of an auto salesman, then I would recommend Jim! I cannot say enough about Jim's professionalism, and No, I am not getting paid, nor was I asked to leave a review by Jim or anyone else at the dealership. The only unfortunate negative with my car purchase would be the fact that I was charged an "Administrative Fee" of $200.00, which was a serious load of hooey, especially since my financing was never a consideration with my auto purchase since I went through my CU. Not to mention, I only spent a total of 10 minutes in the Finance office with Mike (who lacked any customer service skills - a simple thank you and eye contact goes a long way). Thank you agian Jim!! Jim Elsloo saw us and ask This is our 4th Kia. We had taken our 07 Sorento in for a recall issue and decided to look at new vehicles while we waited. Jim Elsloo saw us and asked if he could help. After we said yes, he asked if we had been working with anyone else. I thought that was pretty cool, not trying to waste anyone's time. Jim was very nice and attentive to what we wanted in a vehicle and what we needed. He explained all the incentives that were going on at the time as well as new safety features that were available. Jim was very knowledgeable about their products. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us a vehicle but more like we were having a discussion about the vehicles we were interested in hear more about. the test drive was great, again Jim knew his stuff. We had a set price we were willing to spend and a payment limit that could not budge. We really didn't expect them to be able to meet our budget requirements but we got a great interest rate and our payments and loan terms were well within our budget limits. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend Bob Sight Kia to everyone. More

We had purchased a new 2012 vehicle earlier at a We had purchased a new 2012 vehicle earlier at a different KIA dealership in Kansas and had a very bad experience to say the least and had also trade We had purchased a new 2012 vehicle earlier at a different KIA dealership in Kansas and had a very bad experience to say the least and had also traded in the 2009 KIA Sportage we had on the new one and so were now without a dependable vehicle to drive in our family. I decided to look around and at least give it another shot at a different KIA dealership before we would decide to go with a different brand of vehicle. I called and contacted by email, dealerships within Kansas as well as a few in other states and told them what we were looking for in a new KIA Sportage. A salesman named JIM ELSLOO contacted me and actually offered me the best price of anyone else and discussed with me over the phone in detail what he had to offer. I could tell he had not only experience, but also in a caring non pushy way that I didn't see in other sales people. After arriving, my wife and I really appreciated the time Jim took to explain everything about the vehicle inside and out and even went through the manual with us. All in all, we had driven 233 miles from central Kansas to purchase our vehicle from a salesman that had proven himself so well to us be an exceptional sales person. We would like to give a big thank you to Bob Sight KIA and Jim Elsloo on our new vehicle purchase. The only regret we have is we found out the hard way that not all car dealerships are as honest and considerate as this dealership has proven itself to be. More

Great buying experience. Quote given on the internet was the lowest price I found and was willing to drive 120 miles to save. No pressure from salesman. Credit mgr. was able to find an interest rate lower t the lowest price I found and was willing to drive 120 miles to save. No pressure from salesman. Credit mgr. was able to find an interest rate lower than I had worked out with my credit union. I plan to recommend to my sister and daughter who will be in the market for a new car in the next year. I went to get my 2000 KIA Sportage repaired. After a diagnosis it was determined that the repair was going to be over $4000. I really enjoyed working with the dealership and thier honesty. Jim was fantastic and very Patient with me as I made call after call to my bank and insurance and wife. My experience could have only be made better if my car could have been repaired instead of replaced. All said and done I am very glad that I choose to drive by the other 8 KIA dealers to get from Kansas City, Kansas to Bob Sight Independence Kia. It was worth the drive. More
