I had visited other Toyota dealers, price shopped, received several quotes, and done my online research. Lou Fusz had some of the highest ratings on online sites I visited. They hold a BBB torch award and A+ rating. Lou Fusz also offers a lifetime powertrain warranty, something no other dealer in this area even comes close to. I spoke with Jim Donohue several times via phone before we actually went to the dealership. He was very informative and willing to answer any questions that I had even without having me in the store in front of him; other dealers seemed to just want to get me in so they could pressure me into a sale. When we visited the dealer location, he was very patient with our indecisiveness and gave us plenty of room to make a decision, offering us quotes on several different models, letting us leave to think things over without pressuring us to "buy now". After leaving, we called back with more questions and he provided the answers that helped us make up our minds on the model we wanted. Jim had provided us a good quote on that model, but had the sales manager, Dan Bozzay call us to follow up and he helped make a deal we just couldn't pass up. Jim and Dan stayed past closing so we could come back to purchase a car that night. Jim took us to the car and took our picture, which he e-mailed to us (nice touch). He took the time to show me how to work the technology that came with the car, ie. bluetooth, navigation, entune, etc. I am very happy with the service and my new Toyota Prius! More

I intended to buy a new car and I had already been to a few other Toyota dealerships to check cars and prices when a friend recommended that I look at Lou Fusz and see Jim Donohue. I was so impressed with the Lou Fusz dealership and Jim Donohue, that I bought a new Avalon that same day. From the time I walked into the dealership until I picked up my new car a few weeks later, it was a positive experience. Jim Donohue was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all my questions without hesitation and in terms I could understand. He did not try to pressure me into buying a car and worked with me on the price. Until now, I didn't know that buying a car could be such an enjoyable experience. Jim explained all the possible options for the car and the many perks Lou Fusz offers after the sale--too many to mention here. Jim called me personally the next day to thank me for my purchase and Lou Fusz emailed a video with the same message. I have had my new Avalon for about 2 weeks and I love it. Any time I have questions, Jim is happy to answer them. Jim gives truly exceptional service before and after the sale! This dealership makes you feel appreciated. When I picked up the car, I met with Brian Summerville who explained financing options and extended warranty protection plans. He took the time to explain all options in detail and did not try to pressure me into purchasing one that day. He was very friendly, competent and helpful. Brian worked with us to select the plan that would best fit our needs. It was another great experience at Lou Fusz. All of the people I have met at Lou Fusz are friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like a valued customer and make you want to come back. I would highly recommend this dealership, and in particular Jim Donohue, to my friends and family! Jim Donohue was the best new car salesman I have ever dealt with. I love the Toyota brand and have just purchased a new Rav4 limited. So far we are very pleased. Lou Fusz did not have the car we wanted dealt with. I love the Toyota brand and have just purchased a new Rav4 limited. So far we are very pleased. Lou Fusz did not have the car we wanted at the time. They seem to be at a premium. Jim told us they would find one. We were not even home yet and had a call that he had one and we could get it the next day. I was truly amazed. It came down from Iowa City. Exactly what we wanted. Jim was very professional and pleasant when dealing with us. We traded in two cars and there wasn't any problems with the deal at all. I would highly recommend dealing with Lou Fusz Toyota and Jim Donohue to anyone. More

This is the fifth new Toyota we have purchased from Lou Fusz - all of them with Jim Donohue. The best thing about this whole group is that they are so respectful of your time. Very upsetting/disappointed experience when car shopping should be fun - an upgrade to our new family car. I went and test drove the vehicle on a weekday. The car was fine, honestly it was not my dream car should be fun - an upgrade to our new family car. I went and test drove the vehicle on a weekday. The car was fine, honestly it was not my dream car or anything but the price seemed to be reasonable and as a full time mom, I really didn't have much time to look around, so we decided to make a deal on the following Sat. I got confirmation from the salesman that the car was still available on the following Friday and again on Saturday morning before we left the house. I explained to the salesman that I lived far away from the dealership and I had to drag along my 2 year old toddler. He seemed understanding and ensured that he would give me a call if the car was sold before I got there. I went over there on Sat morning, put away other weekend plans, excited and brought all the associated paperwork with us. When we got there, he was not available! We waited and waited in the waiting area. When I finally went to the front desk and asked again, another salesman said the car that I was asking was sold the day before! Then, our salesman showed up 10-15 mins later after that and tried to sell me another more expensive car! We wasted a whole Saturday morning! I am not filing this complaint because the car was sold. It's completely understandable. You snooze, you lose. It's a fair game. BUT we were supposed to be told if that happened before we went over there. I CALLED, EMAILED multiple times! Right before we drove there. The salesman should have the honesty to check and tell us that the car the sold the day before, instead of just sending us there. Especially when they knew we had a long drive there with a small child. It ruined the mood of the whole weekend for me. I will never go back there. No matter how good the deal is. There is no family value there. Now, I don't even want a Toyota. More

It was the time to replace our old Corolla so we went to Lou Fusz Toyota, where we purchased the old Corolla in 2001. All the people working there are very nice, friendly, and more importantly, very thor Lou Fusz Toyota, where we purchased the old Corolla in 2001. All the people working there are very nice, friendly, and more importantly, very thorough and great with the maintenance work, so we have been a royal customer since 2001. We were interested in Prius but we weren't sure about which model to get, so our dealer, Jim Donahue, showed us two types of Prius after the consultation. Since we never drove Prius before, he let us drive both types and gave us plenty of time to make decision. Although we were the last customer to leave the store (past the closing time), Jim and his colleagues were thorough and took time with all the process. We were very happy with the whole experience and the new Prius!! We have been recommending this dealership for years and we will continue to do so for many more years! More
