Excellent service by Jim Brown! For weeks we had been on the hunt for the newly released 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited. The demand is HIGH and availability challenging For weeks we had been on the hunt for the newly released 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited. The demand is HIGH and availability challenging. In our exhaustive search we contacted the dealership about an inbound new build GH, but it was already reserved. Weeks later, we got an updated notification that it was back as available. We were SO thankful they kept records of our interest and contacted us. We were able to reserve it w/o complications, no market adjustments, and a very low doc fee. Once it arrived on the lot, we were notified quickly and drove from CO to MO to get it! If we're ever in the market for another vehicle we would definitely reach out to Jim at Kirksville Toyota. More
