Can't say enough positive things about my experience at Napleton. My salesperson, Jessica Ross, was terrific and forever changed the way I view the car buying experience. The moment I walked in the dealership I felt valued. Jessica took time to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to force me into something that wasn't a good fit. She was extremely knowledgeable and her outgoing personality made even the most mundane steps of the buying process enjoyable. Such a great feeling driving off the lot in a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L and not second guessing my decision for a second. Can't recommend Jessie and Napleton Mid Rivers CDJR enough! More

When meeting with our sales person (Jessica) we were able to get in the truck that we wanted without any hassle! She had a great attitude and treated us with respect.
