I visited Jessi W at this location after having a terrible experience at another dealership and by this time, my hopes and joy had diminished. Jessi W took a great care of me. She listened to me as I terrible experience at another dealership and by this time, my hopes and joy had diminished. Jessi W took a great care of me. She listened to me as I voiced my concerns and desires and tried her best to work with me based on my needs/wants. I truly appreciate her not forcing “ideal solution” to me and as a result, she made me feel important and that my needs was what mattered the most. The manager was also super cool. I highly recommend this place for sure! More

Don’t go to this dealership if you are looking for honesty and integrity. They will tell you they will sell you a car for a certain price out the door just to get you in. And then inflate their price honesty and integrity. They will tell you they will sell you a car for a certain price out the door just to get you in. And then inflate their price $4,000 or $5000 above what they promised you. And then they will still hound you AFTER they sold the car you were looking at! More

To bad I was lied to so I would come back into the store. Just be upfront with warranty and cost! I was told when I got back how I got over on them and won. When we went back to finance it turned out we were Just be upfront with warranty and cost! I was told when I got back how I got over on them and won. When we went back to finance it turned out we were paying exact asking price for the vehicle. And they were also removing the Acura certified warranty. More
