Jesse did an outstanding job in trying to resolve an issue with my F-150 and its Blue Cruise technology. He spent countless hours in trying to figure out what was casing the service not to do what Ford issue with my F-150 and its Blue Cruise technology. He spent countless hours in trying to figure out what was casing the service not to do what Ford claimed it should do. He was very professional and courteous when he explained it to me that my vehicle did not have what Ford indicated to me that it did. He is an asset to his trade and the Griffin dealership.
