These guys give renewed vitality to the image of car sales as "snake oil sales".... The guy who sold me the car was helpful but buyer be ware when you get into the clutches of the "closers" the guys who sales as "snake oil sales".... I was sold an extended warranty with the promise that I could cancel the whole contract within 6 weeks and the money would be reduced from what I owe the fiunance company. Taking them on their word I left and returned 2 days later to pick up my car and cancel the extended warranty.. OK I was told but my loan payments would saty the same and there was nothing they could do about that. I sent them 2 em's over the next 2 weeks and asked for proof of my cancellation. Radio Silence.... I finally emailed the general manager... Guess what.. NO RESPONSE..... I finally read the 12 page contract and found out that I had to send a notice to the warranty company to cancel and then they told me that the dealer would refund me and that could take up to 8 weeks...... DISHONEST AND MISLEADING.... WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! More
