Normally I would give them a 4 star rating, unfortunately this last service visit was a long and frustrating experience. There was a lack of good communication between the dealership and myself and often fel this last service visit was a long and frustrating experience. There was a lack of good communication between the dealership and myself and often felt mislead by the staff when it came to progress updates being given to me. End the end the repairs were made and I am happy to have my car back. I will state that when I was able to speak with the Service Manager that the car repair experience did turn around and he was very helpful in getting the job done and getting my car back to me in a timely manner after our 1st conversation. More

Horrible and my car is still not fixed. I’ve only had the car 1 month and have been for repairs 8 times. It was good experience. I brought my fiancé a new Kia.. the only bad thing was; it’s a black guy with a suite and tie on in the back. I think he’s the finance manager. He’s I brought my fiancé a new Kia.. the only bad thing was; it’s a black guy with a suite and tie on in the back. I think he’s the finance manager. He’s short and we’re glasses. He said “ I been doing this over 20 years “. I was wondering why he kept saying that… long story short, he MADE me purchase this thing where I can bring the car back if anything like the radio or the touch screen go wrong in the car that I can bring it back. It was over 2k extra. I’m was like I don’t want that. He said “ we’ll we can sell you the car if you don’t purchase what we offer”. I said is it mandatory? He would never answer me. Basically I’m guessing he gets more money by making people purchase additional things other than the car. So he definitely got me for 2k. It had me so livid. And the other managers was acting like they couldn’t do anything about it cause they know they was messing up his money. But God got me. And I know bad money don’t last long. You can’t get over on people and expect a blessing to come to you. And if your in business to get over people… good luck with getting through those gates. But the dealership was a good place to buy a car other than the getting over thing. More
