He was nothing like the arrogant, pushy, and rude salesmen we have dealt with in the past. He listened to everything we said, was patient with all of our questions, and never once tried to push us into something we weren't happy with. I also appreciate the time that TJ Bernal spent with us to iron out the details so we were comfortable with the deal. I don't remember the car buying experience ever being pleasurable except in this instance. More

New Car Purchase I recently purchased a new vehicle (2015 Stage 3 Mustang) at Bozard Ford. It was a VERY PLEASANT process without the usual 'stress' or 'hard sell tact I recently purchased a new vehicle (2015 Stage 3 Mustang) at Bozard Ford. It was a VERY PLEASANT process without the usual 'stress' or 'hard sell tactics' unfortunately you have come to expect when you go to a dealership to buy a new automobile. The people I dealt with: Ken / Jeremy (salesman). Matt Tudor (New Car Sales Manager), **Jessie Scheff** (General Sales Manager) & **George Clark** (New Vehicle Director) spent alot of time with me going over the car, it's standard features & the available options. They ALL were friendly, professional, very knowledgeable & answered all my questions so I knew I was getting the car I wanted! They gave me a great prices for BOTH my trade in & the new car. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
