Sometimes the finance guy can be a lit patient, knowledgeable, and completely professional. This was the best car buying experience I've had to date. Sometimes the finance guy can be a little pushy when you're signing your life away, but Mark Bowen listened to our needs and concerns and handled the deal excellently. I've never felt more comfortable with a salesperson!
