Dupage Dodge Bait an Switch I got a e-quote for a truck at Dupage bait an switch. I then confirmed the price with JR Mercado. I then went to buy that truck only to be told that i I got a e-quote for a truck at Dupage bait an switch. I then confirmed the price with JR Mercado. I then went to buy that truck only to be told that is NOT the price it's 15k more than E-quote price. Called JR who laughed and told me must have been a mistake. CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH. IT gives Dodge a BAD reputation . More

Incompetent This car dealer was unambiguously the most incompetent bunch of salesman and mangers I have seen in my life! I had contacted a salesman concerning a certain car and made it clear I was to be there later that day, only to find out after traveling 2 hours that the car was at a car show and every employee at any managerial or sales position was ignorant to the location of said car show. Worst car buying experience I've ever experienced. STAY AWAY!!!! More

Wonderful Buying Experience thanks to my Salesman! My personal experience with the dealership has been positive. After taking months to research several cars, my decision was to buy a Jeep. I arrived My personal experience with the dealership has been positive. After taking months to research several cars, my decision was to buy a Jeep. I arrived at DuPage Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep, and was greeted by the salesperson Jeff K. This gentleman allowed me to roam around the dealership freely, looking at the stock, and was waiting patiently for me...when I was ready to ask questions. It was then that Jeff and I sat down to discuss all the options that I had for purchasing a new car. Buying a new car is extremely stressful, no matter how prepared the purchaser is in the car buying process. This is where my salesman shined. Jeff listened carefully to everything I had stated in our conversation, then walked me carefully through all my options. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, kind, down-to-earth, respectful and took a great deal of time with me. I would highly recommend for someone looking to buy a new or used car, to ask for Jeff K. More

I'm not one to use online review sites to post negative feedback, but I consider it my duty to warn potential buyers NOT to visit this dealership. My sales person, Jeff, was certainly kind and friendly, b feedback, but I consider it my duty to warn potential buyers NOT to visit this dealership. My sales person, Jeff, was certainly kind and friendly, but since purchasing my used Passat from him, I've had nothing but trouble with the dealership initially refusing to repair pre-existing problems, then taking a full two weeks to "fix" a broken stereo that STILL, after 48 hours in the shop, doesn't have a radio that works, refusing to pay for the replacement of the only key they gave me (which I found out, after purchase, has the ring broken off, so it's impossible to attach it to a key ring). Sending me out in a loaner while my car was in the shop (a week after purchase), but not bothering to put any gas in the loaner, so the warning light was on before I even drove off the lot. Phone calls that were supposed to come "Monday for sure," as per the manager's vow, didn't come until the Saturday following that, and then only after I'd called to demand they call me. Offering me a sort of lottery Visa card that "may" earn me $100 (insufficient to cover repairs) and may earn me more--which amounts to playing Russian roulette with customer service. I'm appalled and wish I could sell my car back to the them for the price I got it and purchase elsewhere. This car that I loved has become a source of incredible stress for me and I feel unsafe driving because I can't trust the people who sold it to me. This isn't even mentioning the laundry list of defects a Volkswagen dealership nearby discovered on closer inspection. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. More
