Our sales consultant; Pedro Sanabria was very knowledgeable in the new vehicle we wanted to purchase and went the extra mile to see that we got the deal "we" wanted. It's also important to note that the sales department has veteran leadership professionals like Bill Kinney backing them up to support their sales staff with the information and guidance needed to make a great buying experience for the customer. If you are looking to purchase a new Toyota vehicle, "go see them" and talk and listen and learn and hopefully make the deal you want and need. More

Had spare vehicle key made I purchased a used vehicle in March, and was informed the day I picked up vehicle that previous owner never turned over spare key. I worked with Matt I purchased a used vehicle in March, and was informed the day I picked up vehicle that previous owner never turned over spare key. I worked with Matt Lewis, who was the salesperson I dealt with to purchase the vehicle. Although it took over a month from when I bought vehicle, Matt was able to have ekeys respond to my residence and made a spare key for the vehicle, which was billed to Ira Toyota. The sale was already done and Matt did not have to go out of his way for this, but he and Ira Toyota did the right thing and had the spare key made. Top notch. More
