The sales team at Bozard Ford went the extra mile and earned my business. I felt very comfortable doing business with Jeff King (GM) and his sales team. I was undecided on what vehicle to purchase when earned my business. I felt very comfortable doing business with Jeff King (GM) and his sales team. I was undecided on what vehicle to purchase when I went in to look initially. I felt they evaluated my trade fairly and gave me all the information I needed in order to make the right decision. Bozard Ford was low pressure and did not try to sell me something. I really like doing business with them and their low pressure approach. Both Charles and Ronnie have followed up after the sale and made sure I was satisfied.....highly recommend Bozard Ford! More

The service that I received at Bozard Ford was by far, the best service I have received at a car dealership. I had the pleasure of taking the car for a test drive prior to buying it and was welcome to ask the best service I have received at a car dealership. I had the pleasure of taking the car for a test drive prior to buying it and was welcome to ask any questions that I had. The process of buying my new car was quick and efficient. All of the employees that assisted me with my purchase were friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. They were willing and able to answer all of my questions, in a respectful and considerate manner. I would most definitely recommend Bozard Ford to anyone in the market looking for a new or use vehicle. More

Outstanding costumer service. Mr. Goodwin took time to understand my needs then found the best vehicle that worked for my finances. He worked with the other departments to negotiate a trade-in on my prev understand my needs then found the best vehicle that worked for my finances. I have been a life long Ford customer and as such have dealt with may Ford dealerships. I have never encounter a better, friendlier and more efficient staff. I dealt with 2 Sales men directly and the sa dealt with may Ford dealerships. I have never encounter a better, friendlier and more efficient staff. The first time I came to Bozard they treated me as one of the family there. Never have I had such a great team of people who enjoy seeing there customers happy. Having bought several vehicles from Bozard Ford, I know the staff will deliver top notch customer service. So when a family friend (18 years old) was ready to buy his first car, Bozard was my first and onl the staff will deliver top notch customer service. So when a family friend (18 years old) was ready to buy his first car, Bozard was my first and only choice. Jeff, General Manager, and Thom, Internet Sales Manager, made sure he knew what he was signing and why. Explained it perfectly. Glad to see our hometown dealership caring about our young people and their future, not just trying to make a profit off them. Way To Go Bozard Ford !!!! More
