Brandi delivery coordinator, Jack service advisor, Jeff sales & leasing, Nick parts department. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat, energetic and paid attention to what I needed and got it done. I have NEVER been in a dealership like North Country. With great turn around time and price I was truly impressed. I will be back and have already told several other people of my experience. Even the building and shop are bright, modern and clean. I give it all a 5 star. More

For buying my first car i didn't feel pressure to purchase anything i didn't want. i strongly felt that they were there to make sure that i got exactly what i wanted within my budget. As a female, us purchase anything i didn't want. i strongly felt that they were there to make sure that i got exactly what i wanted within my budget. As a female, usually i am feeling a little scared when it comes to cars especially buying one. At North Country I didn't feel this. I felt that they were a friend or someone that actually cared. Every question i had they answered. I have already recommended North Country to friends and family and I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase: 2008 used Lincoln MKZ! My experience will be unforgettable due to there friendliness. Thank you North Country Ford/Lincoln especially Jeff Jones! Thanks again!!!!!!! More

My new truck buying experience at North Country surpassed my expectations. Jeff Jones went above and beyond with customer service while purchasing a 2013 F-150. For example, after Jeff/North Country prov my expectations. Jeff Jones went above and beyond with customer service while purchasing a 2013 F-150. For example, after Jeff/North Country provided a fair trade in value for my vehicle, a “service engine soon” light and “low tire pressure” light appeared on my dash (while on the four hour drive from my home to the dealership to complete the transaction). Certainly not welcome lights to appear when trading in a vehicle. Note: I drove four hours because North Country had a great selection of inventory, had fair prices, and had in stock the exact truck I had been looking for. Rather than dismiss my trade, or significantly lower the trade in value, Jeff used his ample resources to determine what exactly needed repair (driving us to several other dealerships/tire stores for accurate diagnosis with my non-domestic vehicle). After we determined the reasons behind the error codes (which ended up being thankfully minor), we subsequently re-negotiated a fair adjusted trade value and completed the transaction. No secrets. No surprises. Clear communication. Overall, one of the more positive experiences I’ve had in my 25 years of purchasing vehicles. More

We had purchased a 2013 Passat from Luther VW in Burnsville. After driving our VW for 7 months we found that the seats were horribly uncomfortable. Otherwise, we loved the car and excellent mileage we got. We decided we needed to trade because we wanted to do some traveling and realized we couldn't keep this car long-term. After doing extensive research on vehicles, not wanting to make the same mistake twice, we decided that we wanted to buy a Ford Taurus. My husband called several dealerships, requesting "ballpark" quotes. Not one of them made us feel it would be worth the time or the effort to even come in to try to make a deal. My husband called North Country Ford and was connected to Jeff Jones. From the very beginning, Jeff made it worthwhile to come in and talk to him. (We live 2 hours away from Coon Rapids) We met with Jeff and he explained the pricing and also informed us of all the incentives that were available at that time. We were able to come to an agreement on the price of the trade and ordered a new Taurus. Jeff ordered exactly what we wanted and called us when it came in. About the time we were supposed to come an pick up our new car, my husband was hospitalized. I called Jeff and he said he would be more than happy to deliver the car to us! I was so relieved and happy that he would do that. It took such a burden off my mind with being so worried about my husband. Jeff delivered our beautiful car to our door. My husband was out of the hospital by that time and Jeff spent about 3 hours going over every detail of the car with us. He also explained all of the paperwork to us and did an excellent job! I was amazed at his knowledge of both the vehicle and financial portion of this transaction. I deeply appreciate all of Jeff''s concern for my husband during this difficult time. We went in for a test drive of the Ford Escape on Saturday March 30. Busy place but we got some great help looking at the Escapes. We went back on 4-1 and test drove the Edge SEL.
