Excellent Experience Max was by my side through both cars. My first 2017 E-class turned out to be a lemon and my 2nd one Max ensured i got the specs i needed in a car. H Max was by my side through both cars. My first 2017 E-class turned out to be a lemon and my 2nd one Max ensured i got the specs i needed in a car. His knowledge of the cars features and quick solid responses to my inquires were above expectations. He was always in constant communication with me letting me know the status of the car and the overall process. Additionally, he always made time for me when it was convenient for me and he ensured when i was there that i was well taken care of in the service department, ensuring i got the right type of rental with the right options and having my rental car washed, and providing me with snacks in the waiting area. Management is amazing Jeff Davis really takes care of the customer. He put me first and made sure i was well taken care of. I had several issues with my car and Jeff was Jeff Davis really takes care of the customer. He put me first and made sure i was well taken care of. I had several issues with my car and Jeff was there by my side the entire time working with me and also working with Mercedes Corporate. He handled all the issues and ensured everything was in my favor. He made the experience as easy as possible for me and also allowed me to use a loaner until all my concerns were remediated. I am very pleased and satisfied with the experience Jeff and his dealership has provided me. You don't find this type of service in many places. More
