Great car buying experience!! I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle when I walked in. I merely want to take some test drives, get a quote for my trade-in, and go home for dinne I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle when I walked in. When we got back, Jeff made me an offer that I couldn't refuse; and I had researched this particular vehicle for months! I had a budget already set out, and Lenoir City Ford was able to make it happen! More

Service Personified Wasn't even looking for a Certified Vehicle but one was standing on the show room floor and I fell in love with it. Both Jeff and Sonny were exceptionally knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. As paperwork goes at a car dealership Jeff made the paperwork as easy and as quick as he could. Both Sonny and Jeff assisted me in my request to have an accessory (navigation system) installed on my car which would make my traveling experience more delightful. In addition Lenoir City Ford provides free service (oil and tire rotation) at 5,000 miles intervals. More
