I brought my car in for its annual check-up. They notified me when they were finished. There is a problem with the car that will need more time to correct so I scheduled an appointment for that. More

Brought my car here twice. Was told it was fixed and within 10 min of driving the issue happened again. By then service was closed. Next day I was told no loaners available and Was told it was fixed and within 10 min of driving the issue happened again. By then service was closed. Next day I was told no loaners available and my car shouldn’t be driven like this. I was able to find a ride back and forth for 2 days and then thankfully they pulled through with a loaner car which I was very appreciative of. It took 3 weeks for my part to come in, but then I was told they had no idea when my car would be fixed at the 1 month mark of not having my car. This was by far the most frustrating part. Thankfully after some pushing and a call to Genesis corporate I got my car back after a few days. For the most part everyone I spoke with was kind and tried to be helpful but I did have some issues of not getting calls back. I understand how hard it is to find good employees these days but felt a review was important. More
