They addressed all of our needs and set us upnwith a car we adore and that was very affordable. We had heard Jeff Allen was great and wev weren't disappointed he was just as wonderful, we got our car quickly, and everything we needed or needed to know was taken care of. The financial team was also amazing, I can't remember thev name of the man that took care of my fiance and I but he was absolutely wonderful, we only met with him briefly. More

First service visit Went to Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn today for my first service visit since we bought our new Hyundai Veloster. They hit a home run. Smooth and professional. They explained AND showed me everything they did...perfecto. Whoda thunk? They earned my trust in them. More

Not real happy with taking 3 days to buy a car. I went to the dealership due to a flyer that was sent by Herb Chambers that claimed 60 months at 0o/o interest. When I got there I was told that they I went to the dealership due to a flyer that was sent by Herb Chambers that claimed 60 months at 0o/o interest. When I got there I was told that they didn't have a car like the one I wanted in stock but they could get one there by Saturday. We discussed price and allowance for my 2011 Tucson and agreed on a price. I gave them a thousand "earnest money" and was told to return Saturday, which I did. When my wife and I saw the car, we realized it did not have the options we wanted, we were told that this is what we agreed to and anything more would require a higher price. That is when I would have walked out; if Matthew Vuelta hadn't been there. He had overheard the conversation with Devlin and said he thought he could help. We had to return to see the car Matt had found and it was everything we wanted with a few extras, for less that $2.00 a month more. We bought the car and thank Matt and Jeff Allen for all their help. I would be hesitant to recommend this dealership to anyone, because of Devlin. but probably would because of Matt and Jeff. More

We purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Jeff Allen on Feb.28th, 2014. We were referred to Jeff via a friend. Jeff could not have been any more accommodating, or knowledgeable of of your entire line on Feb.28th, 2014. We were referred to Jeff via a friend. Jeff could not have been any more accommodating, or knowledgeable of of your entire line of vehicles. Jeff was such a pleasure to deal with. We had a dollar figure in mind of which we were looking to spend, and without any pressure he was able to show us several cars on the lot that were in our price range. Absolutely, no pressure and worked on finding us the perfect vehicle. All in all, we found a few cars, test drove them, and purchased the vehicle, that best suited our needs AND in the color we wanted! Purchasing a new car can sometimes be stressful, but NOT this time. We are so pleased with our new purchase, and will for sure, be repeat customers. Thank you! More

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and a courteous and business like approach to my service needs. I enjoyed a free hot coffee while I looked over the lot full of new cars and was sent home in my washed and repaired vehicle. I have been in for service several times now and it has always been a rewarding visit with pleasant and helpful people serving my needs. I will be back! More

My experience was nothing but positive. Everything was explained in great detail. My salesperson was exceptional, going above and beyond to answer all questions. I traded in an almost 10 year old Sonata that was almost problem free (a few minor corrections when new), Very fair pricing with exceptional deals. Bought my new Sonata on the spot without keeping appointments with other dealers. More

Jeff has never hurried me. He has maintained patience and professionalism during every interaction that I have had with him. Additionally, on the night of my purchase, Jeff stayed at the dealership extra late, so I could drive my new car home after work. Jean and Alex added to the professional and caring environment that Jeff established for me. They have also been supportive and patient with my needs while purchasing a new vehicle.
