Worst used car buying experience I have had. drove car for 2 days and low oil light came on started blowing white smoke. Dealer brought it in I was told it was 3/4 low on oil. I was basically tol drove car for 2 days and low oil light came on started blowing white smoke. Dealer brought it in I was told it was 3/4 low on oil. I was basically told it was my problem. They did keep the car for a few days to try to figure out the problem. They could not come to a conclusion as to what happened.they did change the oil for me at no charge. Now I will drive it and hope it doesn’t happen again. More

Great search team to find the vehicle I was looking for. Closing took 3 1/2 hours despite supplying all information 8 hours earlier. Then no vehicle review of features, maintenance recommendations, etc eve Closing took 3 1/2 hours despite supplying all information 8 hours earlier. Then no vehicle review of features, maintenance recommendations, etc even offered. Wilde Honda went above and beyond in all areas of my prior vehicle purchase. Just had higher expectations here More

We were immediately greeted when we arrived at the dealer and were given water while we waited briefly for our salesman James. We talked with him about what vehicles we were interested in and had all of our and were given water while we waited briefly for our salesman James. We talked with him about what vehicles we were interested in and had all of our questions answered before we test drove an Accord Hybrid. Unlike other car dealers where they tell you where to go, James assistant, Jayden allowed us to drive where we wanted, even on the expressway. After the test drive we sat down with them and discussed what car, color, and options that we wanted. It was close to the end of the month as well as the end of the 2021 sales year so finding the exact car was going to be difficult given that everyone was interested in buying a new car post covid. They were unable to locate the car/interior color that was our 1st choice but they found us our 2nd choice plus all of the options that we wanted. They worked very hard for the sale, even delivering the car to our home! We have bought many cars over the past 30+ years, never have we been treated so nicely nor have we experienced such great customer service from a car dealer! To top it all off the dealership is dog friendly. We will definitely be recommending Racine Honds to our friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues. There is no better place to find a car. More
